The Executive is elected from the membership every two years. The 2003-2005 Executive members are:

Prof Dr Malan Nel South Africa Chairperson Professor in Practical Theology and Head of the Division for Contextual Ministry, Pretoria University, South Africa
Rev Graeme Codrington South Africa Administrator Co-founder and senior consultant with TomorrowToday.biz. He is a futurist and business consultant, who also works with corporates, churches, denominations, NGOs (charities) and schools
Rev Dr Steve Griffiths England Journal Editor An Anglican minister serving an inner-city congregation in London, UK. He is also Course Tutor in Theology and Youth Culture at the Centre for Youth Ministry, Cambridge. He has published on youth ministry, missiology and church history
Rev Dr Roy Shelly, s.d.b. USA Journal Co-Editor A member of the Salesians of Don Bosco and adjunct professor of youth ministry at the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology at the GTU in Berkeley, CA. He has worked in youth ministry in Catholic schools, youth retreat centres, and as Associate Director for Youth Ministry for the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, OH, USA
Rev Deirdre Brower England Conference Administrator A youth pastor and elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She is lecturer in Youth Ministry and Church History at the Nazarene Theological College, Manchester, UK and General President of the Nazarene Youth International Organisation. She co-ordinates the Oasis Youth Ministry diploma and is an Emerging Leadership Development Consultant for the Eurasia Region of the Church of the Nazarene
Dr Pete Ward England Promotion and research development Lecturer in Youth Ministry and Theological Education at King's College, London, UK. He is author of numerous books, including God at the Mall, Hendrickson, 1999
Dr Karen Jones USA Fund raising A member of the Link Institute at Huntington College, USA
Dr Bert Roebben USA Journal Co-editor, European growth Associate Professor of Practical Theology/Religious Education, in the Faculty of Practical Theology, Tilburg University, Netherlands
Christine Cook Switzerland Co-opted member, finances Director, Contact Jeunes/Young Life, Geneva, Switzerland
