Back issues of the journal are all available electronically, on-line for members - see the member zone. Details of all past and current journal issues, including the table of contents are available by clicking here. To order hard copies of the journal, the following rates apply:

Hard copy back issues are available at 25% of your member fees (minimum US $ 2.50) each, for members.
Single copies of the journal can be purchased by non-members at a price of US$ 50 per edition.
NOTE: Libraries and institutions can apply for affiliate membership and enjoy significant savings on purchase of the journal. Click here to apply for membership.
